Okay mothers,what can you not live without for your baby?

I asked this a little while ago and got awesome answers. Just hoping for some more.I am going to do my baby gift registry this weekend and I want to get your opinions on the must-haves! What are your essentials? Are there any specific products that you have found to be superior to others? Please let me know Mommies.
