Will my senior grades dramatically affect my chances on getting into a good university?

I've maintained a 3.85 from freshman - junior year, with a 4.05 weighted gpa. However, on my first semester of my senior year, senioritis kicked in and I got a n A on english, B on physics, A on arts management, c on ap gov't and D on pre-calc honors.... i have lots of community service hours, 22 on ACT, numerous academic awards, member of an honor society...i plan on applied to Boston university, university of washinton, wake forest university, UCSD, and syracuse, and university of colorado boulder.... how are my chances????
