Should former Pres GW BUSH be put on trial for the murder of 4500+ US Military over his failed oil venture?

As long as every Senator and Congressman is tried along with him I say sure why not. This includes Sen H Clinton, Sen J Kerry and also Secretary Colin Powell who went along. IMO the POTUS gets too much blame and also too much credit when he(so far) is just one piece of the equation.
