Do you think I need to defrost these berries first before using them in this recipe?

well it says to cook berries, so i guess they will be defrosted, you can put them in the pan frozen, just don't heat them to fast, till they are thawed, then just go on with the recipe. it tells you to add water so i wouldnt worry about defrosting them first. (if your worried about extra liquid)
