Do over 18's have to pay for the morning after pill?

As in from a family planning clinic. I can't get it prescribed cos the way my doctors appointment system works is weird and I won't get one in time so I'm going to go to a family planning thing and get one tommorow, but my friend says I might have to pay for it as i'm 18, which is 25 quid that i don't have as I get paid on saturday (too late to take the pill)
