My cats in heat. What do I do?

My cat Honey is in heat and she keeps mowing and keeps doing the "position" at me and my family. She also rolls around on the floor and attacks my feet. Is there anyting I can do to reduce this behavior? Especially the meowing cuz she wakes me up in all hours of the night. P.s this is my first cat try not to judge to harshly, thanks
