If you're eating healthily and you're not hungry, then your weight loss is a healthy loss and both you and your baby will be fine. If you're not completely sure, talk to your WW consultant and tell them that you're feeding. Usually a feeding mother needs about 500 kcal extra a day, but that just amounts to adding an extra turkey and salad sandwich to your diet once a day and doesn't have to be detrimental to your diet.
