Does anyone have an EXTREMELY scrumptious potluck recipe?

I'm gong to a potluck picnic this saturday and I'm having bakers block ;) The host is who I'd like to impress... they love spicy food and/or rich deserts such as fudge. But I also want something really unique... either the food itself or a way to display it. Thank's everybody!!!
