Do you think that it is a good idea:?

For people to answer question in R&S who do not read there word daily or to have read the whole Bible and give a answer they believe, rather than what the Bible says. I am not speaking in terms as if a person has to be a pastor! But don't you think it is a morale obligation to give facts from the Bible! Give me your thoughts on this matter?
