Care package for army friend in Afghanistan?

Use one of the priority flat rate boxes from the post office to send the stuff. If you do use a plain box be sure that you send it PRIORITY, not surface/non-priority. All FPO APO mail goes to NJ to be shipped overseas. If it is labeled priority it goes on a plane, if it's labeled surface/non-priority it goes on a boat. Plane takes 1-2 weeks to get there, boat takes 4-8 weeks.
