Am I legally married?

I live in Texas. In our state it is a requirement to wait 72 hrs prior to getting married after obtaining a marriage license. We only waited 24 hrs. My wife's father whom is a pastor married us, she did not notify him of the news but later changed the dates to satisfy the courts and went to the courthouse herself to file for the cert. I wanted an annulment within the 6 wk allowed period because this behavior scared me. She refused! Please tell me. Am I legally married with fasified docs?
